CDPC Cardio Clinic @ CVCA Cardiac Care for Pets

The Cavalier Doberman Pinscher Club is holding a Cardio Clinic on Saturday, February 8th, 2020, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. with Dr. Emily Westphal at CVCA Cardio Care for Pets (Richmond), 5918 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia 23230. Click here to download the registration form.

Payment is due at the time of registration; please mail registration form with check made out to CDPC for $250 to Miriam Pike, 8324 Hopkins Rd, North Chesterfield, VA 23237.

For PayPay payments, please click here, and note Cardio Clinic and your dog’s name in the PayPal note field so we can match up payment with your registration (please add $5 for processing fees, for a total of $255). If paying by PayPal, you may also choose to scan and email your registration form to pres@dobermanclub.org instead of mailing it. Please submit online payment upon mailing/emailing your registration form — no appointments will be made without payment!!
